Awareness Campaign, Motorcycle Rally, and Street Plays Organized in Ranchi to Promote Traffic Rules
Ranchi: Acting under the directives of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi, an awareness campaign regarding adherence to traffic rules was conducted across the city on Saturday, led by the Superintendent of Police (Traffic). As part of this campaign, members of the general public were sensitized to the importance of wearing helmets, fastening seat belts, refraining from triple riding, avoiding driving under the influence of alcohol, and abstaining from speeding or reckless driving.
During the event, information was also disseminated regarding the accidents and damages that result from disregarding traffic regulations. The campaign featured a motorcycle rally that proceeded from Birsa Chowk, passed through Argora Chowk, and culminated at Firayalal Chowk; furthermore, messages were conveyed to the public through the medium of street plays. Several Deputy Superintendents of Police, Traffic Police Station In-charges, and police personnel were present at the venue.
