Jharkhand Chamber meets Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh; strategy for rural development discussed
Ranchi: A delegation from the Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce paid a courtesy visit to Rural Development Minister Deepika Pandey Singh and discussed ways to strengthen the state's economy. During the meeting, the Chamber suggested providing subsidized land and subsidies to promote industries in rural areas, thereby increasing local employment opportunities.
The minister gave positive assurances on proposals such as the formation of a 'Mahua Board' and the expansion of MEMU train services. An agreement was also reached on the Chamber's participation in the branding of the 'Palash' brand. Minister Deepika Pandey Singh described the Chamber's suggestions as important for the state's development and assured appropriate action would be taken.
