The District-Level National Youth Festival 2025 was organized at Nagar Bhavan, Lohardaga by the Department of Tourism, Art & Culture, Sports, and Youth Affairs. Students from various educational institutions of the district participated enthusiastically in the event.
Participants from R. Chunnilal Plus Two High School, Shishu Vidya Mandir School, Greater Triveni Public School, Madhusudan Women’s College, B.S. College, and other schools of Lohardaga showcased their talents in folk group dance, group song, speech, painting, and poetry competitions.
The participants who secured first position in different categories were honoured by Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat. All the selected participants will represent Lohardaga district at the State-Level Youth Festival 2025 to be held on 23 December 2025 in .
The programme was attended by District Sports Officer Upvan Bara and officials of the , among others. The organisers stated that such events provide an important platform for nurturing cultural talent and promoting leadership among youth.
