Gross Negligence by Darbhanga House: BSNL Numbers of Several CCL GMs and Project Officers Disabled for Months
Communication System Paralyzed; Officers, Employees and Public Facing Serious Difficulties
Ranchi: The government-issued BSNL mobile numbers of several General Managers (GMs) and Project Officers of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) have reportedly been non-functional for several months. Shockingly, no action has been taken so far. Even more surprising is that Darbhanga House, the headquarters of CCL Jharkhand, is unaware of this ongoing issue.
🔶 Disabled Numbers, Disrupted Communication
- Govt-issued BSNL numbers of key CCL officials have remained inactive/out of service for a long time.
- Daily administrative operations are being affected due to the communication breakdown.
- Quick coordination with project sites, production units, and safety teams has become difficult.
🔶 Officers Facing Major Problems
- Many officers are forced to use their personal numbers for official communication.
- This raises concerns about confidentiality and the handling of sensitive information.
- In emergency situations, it has become difficult to reach responsible officials promptly.
One officer, on the condition of anonymity, said:
“These government numbers have been inactive for months. Daily operations are affected, and important information often gets delayed.”
