Jharkhand/Ranchi: Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri paid a courtesy call on Jharkhand's newly appointed Chief Secretary, Avinash Kumar, on Wednesday. On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner presented Avinash Kumar with a bouquet of flowers and wished him well for his new assignment.
