Blood donation camp organized by Blood Center: RIMS

 

Ranchi: On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, a blood donation camp was organized by RIMS Blood Center today. This camp was organized in joint collaboration of RIMS Dental College and Jharkhand Air Squadron NCC. In the camp, 39 units of blood were collected by the students and faculty of Dental College and 20 units of blood were collected by the students of NCC. All the people present in the camp pledged to donate blood in future as well and pledged to participate in this humanitarian work.

      The camp was organized under the guidance of Dr. Sushma Kumari, in-charge of Blood Center. Dr. Usha Saroj, Dr. Chandra Bhushan and Dr. Kavita Devgharia were also present on this occasion and encouraged the participants. Dr. Jai Prakash, Dr. Prajapati, Dr. Amit Mauli, Dr. Prasant and Dr. Gaurav of Dental College played an important role in the successful organization of the camp.
