Ranchi: The Jharkhand government has started the process of construction of the second phase of RIMS, the biggest hospital of Jharkhand state, in Kanke block of Ranchi. But as soon as the process of land measurement started, a dispute also started. The villagers did not allow the police and administration to measure the land. The administration claims that RIMS Part-2 is to be built on the land of Birsa Agriculture behind Rinpas in Kanke. But the villagers have a different argument. Therefore, there was a deadlock at the measurement site throughout the day.
