Hemant Soren Hoists Tricolour on 80th Independence Day
Ranchi, August 15, 2026: Chief Minister Hemant Soren participated in various programmes organised in Ranchi on the occasion of India’s 80th Independence Day.
He hoisted the National Flag at the Shaheed Sthal near Shaheed Chowk and paid tribute to the brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Hemant Soren also hoisted the Tricolour at the historic Morabadi Ground during the Independence Day celebrations. The event witnessed a strong spirit of patriotism and national pride.
Later, the Chief Minister attended the “At Home” programme organised at Birsa Mandap, Lok Bhavan, where dignitaries from various fields were present.
