🌡️ Relief Operations Intensified Amidst Scorching Heat: DLSA Continues Service Camp for Second Consecutive Day

In view of the severe heat and the escalating impact of heatwaves, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Ranchi, is continuing its relief operations without interruption. On the second day, at the Heatwave Relief Camp set up at Siram Toli Chowk (near the Police Booth), water bottles and ORS packets were distributed among passersby, traffic police personnel, students, and daily-wage laborers.
The program was organized under the directives of JHALSA (Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority) and the guidance of the Judicial Commissioner of Ranchi. In the presence of DLSA Secretary Rakesh Roshan, the team also provided information to the public regarding preventive measures against the heat.
During this initiative, the NGO 'Life Savers,' the management of Hotel Maple Wood, Deputy LAC Rajesh Kumar Sinha, and members of the PLV (Para-Legal Volunteer) team collaborated to assist in the distribution of relief materials.
DLSA stated that the objective of this initiative is to provide relief to the general public from heatwaves and to raise awareness among them, thereby enabling them to remain safe from the hazards associated with extreme heat.
