Ranchi: Under the leadership of Hemant Soren, the Jharkhand government is undertaking new initiatives in the healthcare sector by adopting modern technology. At the behest of Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari, the process of implementing AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology within the state's Health Department has been initiated.
In this direction, the state government has initiated a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Google LLC, aimed at strengthening digital healthcare services in government hospitals.
Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari stated that the government's objective is to provide better, faster, and more accessible healthcare services to every citizen. The utilization of AI technology will accelerate patient diagnosis and treatment, while also enabling the timely detection of critical illnesses.
This initiative will bring about technological transformations across hospitals, medical colleges, and health centers. Doctors and healthcare professionals will be empowered by modern equipment, thereby enhancing their operational efficiency. Furthermore, health data management will become more transparent and streamlined.
The government believes that this step will further bolster the reach of healthcare services, extending them even to rural areas. Additionally, it will provide fresh momentum to research, training, and healthcare infrastructure development.
