Jharkhand/Ranchi(H.S): Hindu leader Bhairav Singh has suffered a major setback from the court. Following a partial hearing on his bail plea on Thursday, he withdrew his petition. Bhairav Singh had filed a bail petition seeking bail from the High Court, but after seeing the High Court's stance, he withdrew his petition.
Bhairav Singh's bail plea was heard in the court of High Court Judge Justice Rajesh Kumar. Senior advocate Ajit Kumar argued on behalf of Bhairav Singh, while advocate Aman Kumar Rahul opposed the bail plea.
The case in which Bhairav Singh is seeking bail relates to a dispute at the Chutia police station in Ranchi. Case number 125/2025 has been registered at the Chutia police station. The Ranchi Civil Court had denied bail to Bhairav Singh in this case on August 13th.
