In his address, CMD Nilendu Kumar Singh said that vigilance is not just a process, but an integral part of our work culture. He urged all the officers and employees to implement this campaign effectively and make transparency and accountability a part of their work style.
During the campaign, the organization will work on key focus areas such as quick resolution of pending complaints and cases, special programs for capacity building of employees, better management of assets and digital initiatives promoting transparency. Along with this, CCL will also organize various awareness and social activities, which include outreach programs in schools and colleges, blood donation camps, health check-up camps, tree plantation drives, capacity building workshops, digital innovation initiatives, sports competitions and seminars and workshops with stakeholders.
At the end of the program, all the officers and employees present also took an integrity pledge to give top priority to honesty and transparency. This campaign will further strengthen the culture of vigilance in the organization and will further strengthen the company's commitment towards social concerns and transparent functioning.
