Rain with light thunderstorm in some areas of Jharkhand

 

Ranchi: According to the Jharkhand Meteorological Department, the weather will be pleasant today i.e. on Saturday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for West Singhbhum, Simdega and Saraikela-Kharsawan districts of Jharkhand. Strong stormy winds are likely to blow in these areas, whose speed can be up to 40 to 50 kilometers per hour. People have been advised to remain alert and stay in safe places.

   At the same time, a change in weather can be seen in Ranchi, Khunti, Lohardaga, Sahibganj, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Godda, Dumka, Pakur, East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela-Kharsawan and Giridih districts after Saturday afternoon. Strong winds and thunderstorms are expected in these areas along with light rain.
