Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court distributed Samsung Galaxy S9 tabs to 496 judicial officers working in various courts of the state. This was done by taking an important step towards strengthening the digital structure of the judiciary. It was started on the recommendation of the Computer and Digitization Committee and the approval of the Chief Justice. The distribution ceremony was organized in the High Court premises on the eve of the annual summer vacation. On this occasion, two members Justice Gautam Kumar Chaudhary and Justice AK Rai were also present along with the Chairman of the Computer and Digitization Committee Justice Anand Sen. These people handed over the tablets to some judicial officers posted in Ranchi. Earlier in the ceremony, Justice Anand Sen gave detailed information about Samsung Galaxy Tab S9.
