Women MLAs Discuss Women's Empowerment with Chief Minister
Ranchi. On the occasion of International Women's Day, women members of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly met Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the Chief Minister's chamber in the Assembly. During the meeting, the women members wished the Chief Minister a Happy Women's Day.
The Chief Minister also congratulated and honored all the women members, noting that women play a vital role in the state's development. He stated that the Jharkhand government is continuously making efforts to empower women and make them self-reliant, and that various schemes are providing them opportunities for advancement.
During the meeting, the women members also shared their suggestions with the Chief Minister on various issues related to the upliftment, safety, and empowerment of women in the state.
