Ranchi: A membership induction programme of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) was organised on January 18, 2026 at Scott International Public School, Kishorganj, Ranchi. Expressing faith in the leadership of JMM central president and Chief Minister Hemant Soren, thousands of people joined the party under the leadership of social worker Uttam Yadav.
The event was conducted in the presence of JMM Central General Secretary and spokesperson Vinod Kumar Pandey, who formally inducted the new members by presenting them party scarves and welcoming them into the organisation. Addressing the gathering, Pandey briefed the new members about the party’s policies and principles and guided them on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level. He also urged them to help people benefit from the welfare schemes being implemented by the state government and to contribute actively to Jharkhand’s development.
Several JMM leaders and workers from Ranchi district were present. Key new members included Uttam Yadav, Shailesh Nand Tiwari, Nitesh Verma, Ranjan Mathur, Umesh Sahu and many others.
