On the final day, Face Painting and Solo Song competitions were the main highlights. Participants mesmerized the audience with patriotic songs and creative artworks reflecting messages of honesty and integrity.
Chief Guest and CCL’s Chief Vigilance Officer Mr. Pankaj Kumar, in his address, said, “Our goal is to provide a platform and encouragement to local students to express their talent. Every generation has a responsibility to create a cleaner and better environment for the next. Through you all, we wish to spread the message of vigilance and integrity to every citizen.”
During the closing ceremony, artists from different states were honored at the Live Painting Workshop. Winners of the Rangoli, Face Painting, Street Painting, Pot Painting, and Solo Song competitions were awarded certificates, medals, and trophies.

The Vigilance Festival is an important part of CCL’s ongoing Vigilance Awareness Campaign. The event aims to promote vigilance, honesty, and ethical values among the youth. It conveyed a strong message that responsible, transparent, and truthful behavior forms the foundation of good governance and a brighter future for the nation.
