Chief Minister Inaugurates Jesova Dipawali Fair

 

Jharkhand/Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated the five-day Jharkhand IAS Officers' Wives Association (JESOVA) Dipawali  Fair-2025 held at the Morabadi Ground in Ranchi on Thursday. MLA Kalpana Soren was also present on the occasion.

In his address on this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the Jharkhand IAS Officers' Wives Association (JESOVA) has been dedicated to public welfare since its inception. He said that the organization is celebrating its silver jubilee today, having come a long way. Like every year, this year too, the organization is organizing the grand five-day Jesova Dipawali  Fair-2025 with great enthusiasm and zeal at the historic Morabadi Ground in Ranchi.

The Chief Minister said that the main objective of organizing the Jesova Fair is to utilize all the proceeds from this fair for the welfare of the poor and the needy and for other social upliftment activities.

This institution is doing commendable work in the fields of education and health. Even today, Jesova is distributing honorariums to individuals doing excellent social work and inaugurating a library. The Chief Minister noted that while various organizations organize various fairs during the festival season, each with its own specific purpose, Jesova has been working for the benefit of the poor and needy since its inception, which is commendable.

The Chief Minister stated that Jesova is primarily run by the spouses of Jharkhand IAS officers. On my behalf, I extend my best wishes to all Jesova members and the officials of the institution for their excellent efforts. You are all doing commendable work for the upliftment of society through this institution. With the hope and expectation that the benefits of your hard work and service will continue to reach the needy, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all of you for the successful organization of Jesova Mela 2025.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, MLA Kalpana Soren, Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar and other dignitaries visited the fair. MLA Kalpana Soren extended her heartfelt wishes to all the members of Jesova for the success of the Diwali fair.

On this occasion, State Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar, secretaries of various departments, senior officers, Jharkhand IAS Officers Wives Association (Jesova) President Preeti Kumar, Vice President Anita Sinha, Secretary Manu Jha and other members were present.
