During his stay in Kolkata, Shah will also visit the Kalighat Temple in South Kolkata. He will then proceed to Bihar, where he will be on a two-day visit on September 26th and 27th. During this visit, he will participate in several meetings regarding the party's preparations for the upcoming assembly elections.
On the first day, Shah will hold a closed-door meeting with BJP workers in Bettiah, West Champaran. Earlier on September 18th, he held review meetings in the Dehri-on-Sone and Begusarai areas. This will be followed by a high-level strategy meeting at the BJP state office in Patna, attended by Bihar BJP officials, state secretaries, and officials handling election responsibilities from other states. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who was recently appointed as the Bihar election in-charge, will also be present.
On the second day, i.e. September 27, Shah will hold a regional meeting in Sarairanjan and address a large gathering of BJP workers in Forbesganj in Araria district.
