Ranchi: National Voters' Day 2026 brings a moment of pride for Jharkhand. Pakur's District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Manish Kumar, will be honored with the 'Best Election District Award' at the national level by the President. This award is being given to him for his outstanding management and innovation in election processes.
Meanwhile, a state-level function will be held on January 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Aryabhatta Auditorium of Ranchi University. State Election Commissioner Alka Tiwari will be present as the chief guest at this event. During the ceremony, several officers from the state will be awarded for their commendable contributions.
