Jharkhand Experts Share Electoral Insights at IICDEM 2026 in New Delhi
New Delhi: Representing Jharkhand at the 3-day 'International Institute for Capacity Building in Election Management' (IICDEM) 2026, state experts delivered key lectures on "Voter Registration and Electoral Rolls" at Bharat Mandapam today. Led by Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar, the delegation shared insights alongside election bodies from the Philippines and Maldives.
Distinguished speakers included Dr. Alok Kumar Gupta (CUJ), Dr. Birendra Kumar Sinha (St. Xavier’s), and Dr. Charvak Pati (IIM Ranchi). The session was attended by international delegates, including Mr. Noli R. Pipo (Philippines) and Ms. Sahula Ismail (Maldives), focusing on strengthening democratic processes through academic and administrative collaboration.
