Jaipur: Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari on Sunday inaugurated the Blood Donation Campaign-2025 organized at Brahmakumari Niwas in Vidyadhar Nagar. The event was dedicated to World Brotherhood Day and the sacred memory of revered Rajyogini Dadi Prakashmani.
Inaugurating the camp, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is gaining respect at the global level and world brotherhood is being promoted with the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Describing blood donation as a "Mahadaan", she said that every person's blood donation can prove to be a lifesaver for someone in need.
Diya Kumari said that every drop of blood can become a new breath for someone. She also dispelled the misconception that blood donation weakens the body. She clarified that it is not only safe but also beneficial for health. He stressed the need to spread awareness about blood donation in the society and especially called upon the youth and women to play an active role in it.
