Chief Minister Hemant Soren Offers Chadar at Risaldar Baba’s Shrine, Prays for State’s Prosperity
Ranchi, August 30, 2026: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Sunday attended the 219th Urs of Hazrat Qutubuddin Risaldar Baba at his shrine in Doranda, Ranchi. On the occasion, he offered a chadar at the shrine as per tradition and prayed for the prosperity, peace, progress and well-being of the state.
The Chief Minister said that the teachings of Hazrat Qutubuddin Risaldar Baba convey the message of love, brotherhood, humanity and communal harmony. On the auspicious occasion of the Urs, he wished for happiness, peace and prosperity in the lives of the people of Jharkhand.
Hemant Soren also prayed for further strengthening the spirit of brotherhood, social harmony and unity across the state. He extended his greetings to all devotees attending the Urs and to the people of Jharkhand.
