Officials Pay Floral Tribute at the Statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda
Deputy Commissioner and all officials garlanded the statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda

On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Tarachand along with all district-level officials offered floral tributes at his statues located near the Shankh River and at the Collectorate premises. The officers honoured the legendary freedom fighter and tribal icon by garlanding the statues and remembering his immense contribution to society.
Senior officials present on the occasion included Superintendent of Police Sadiq Anwar Rizvi, Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, Additional Collector Jitendra Munda, ITDA Project Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, District Panchayati Raj Officer Anjana Das, DCLR Sujata Kujur, DSO Manish Kumar, ADMO Raja Ram Prasad, DAO Kalen Khalkho and several others.
The officials expressed deep respect for Bhagwan Birsa Munda and reiterated their commitment to uphold his ideals of justice, empowerment and social harmony.
