Rakesh Raushan has formally assumed charge as the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi. After taking over, he stated that he would work in close coordination with all officers, staff members, and stakeholders to further strengthen and streamline the justice delivery system.
Emphasizing the importance of the core functional units, he encouraged all employees and highlighted the need for teamwork and dedication. He reiterated that the primary objective of the District Legal Services Authority is to provide free and effective legal services to the weaker and underprivileged sections of society.
Mr. Raushan stressed that no citizen should be denied access to justice due to financial constraints or any other incapacity. He added that priority would be given to legal awareness initiatives, timely assistance, and efficient service delivery to ensure that the benefits of legal aid reach those who need them most. He expressed confidence that, with collective efforts, the Authority would achieve its goals more effectively.
